A rare white tea cake made of wild big leaves from Fu Ding region. This cake is made by a friend's uncle who was the factory manager during state period and later took over the factory in the 90's. The one who still use the traditional method from the state own era in today's practice of the tea making. Every year a small batch of wild tea cakes are made as a personal hobby, which I find endearing.
Wild tea trees are untempered by the human and without city pollution. The taste is pure, crisp and refreshing, unlike tea garden teas. The energy, Qi in Chinese term is very present and soothing.
A few customers reported the energy of this tea is very relaxing but powerful, it has an addictive element to it with a hint of sweet tobacco. Surely not a tea to miss.
