2018 Spring crop (smoother and more relaxed after a year of resting)
Amazing tea! A must try tea.
1000+ years old wild single tree harvest black tea from Yunnan province, China, the circumference of the tree is over 34 inches.
Wild tea trees are untempered by the human and without city pollution. The taste is pure, crisp and refreshing, unlike tea garden teas. The energy, Qi in Chinese term is very present and soothing.
A clean sweet ripen fruit flavor with a dried plum fruit taste that lingers for a long time, full round and smooth texture, silky is the first word comes to mind. The Qi travels through the body giving a comforting, nurturing sensation. Strong energy!
Use 3 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended.
