Bai Hua Tan is in Yiwu region, one of the best micro regions in Yiwu, known for its ancient tea garden nesting in the valley, living along side with many natural flowering trees. The trees are averaging 3 to 8 hundred years of age, most are tall trunk arbor trees.
Wild tea trees are un-tempered by the human and without city pollution. The taste is pure, crisp and refreshing, unlike tea garden teas. The energy, Qi in Chinese term is very present and soothing.
Recommended water for all teas: very good quality filtered water, ie reverse osmosis filtered water. Spring water suppresses the fragrance quite a bit. Tap water is prohibited!
