A green tea that does not taste like it at all.  A green tea grown in Mei Zhou in GuangDong Province, the locals have a long history of storing aged teas for medicinal use.  Stir fried to reduce moisture below 7%, then kept in clay jars with charcoals, sealed with lime and rice grass and husk for long term storage.  The exterior of the leaves has turned powdery white.  The taste is rich herbal medicine initially, it then become woody and transform into sweet mushroom as the liquid becomes lighter in color.  Very long lasting tea!  Extremely effective for colds.  It worked like magic for myself and a friend with an over night recovery!  That saved my life on the road in humid and hot condition in a densely populated country.

Recommended water for all teas: very good quality filtered water, ie reverse osmosis filtered water.  Spring water suppresses the fragrance quite a bit.   Tap water is prohibited!
