20+ years old Tie Guan Yin, it has a hint of the ume plum taste which is a typical characteristic of aged Tie Guan Yin, also exist in Wuyi teas.
A clean aged tea, heavy roasted, sugary sweetness, not musky, not bitter, not astringent. You can get a nice solid 8-10 brews out of it using gongfu style brewing method.
