One of the most interesting teas in our stock! The dried leaf smells shockingly pleasant floral tobacco leaf, big and tender which isn't a normal combination. Rock sugar sweet, crisp and bright, plum wine ume, pomelo skin citrusy, a very interesting and complex mix, long lasting that can go on for half a day. It's a weird cat kinda tea, but you can't help loving it! Energy is super strong, use sparingly, it can put you out, sedative is the word.
Use 2-3 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan.
Recommended water for all teas: very good quality filtered water, ie reverse osmosis filtered water. Spring water suppresses the fragrance quite a bit. Tap water is prohibited!
