Man Xiu is the significant regions in Yiwu, Yiwu Puerh was famous in early Qing dynasty partly due to Man Xiu region. This first pick from these centuries years old tea garden is soft, sweet, mellow yet strong, pear nectar, floral lasting well into the after taste, the softness ripples down the chest, endlessly like a stream in rainy season. Yiwu Puerh varietals were selected by the government officers hundreds years ago as a tribute tea to the royal court, the selection was made to suit the taste of Han people in the central plain, hence softer and more balanced with aroma, texture, sweetness and flavors. You'll find Puerh teas from Yiwu regions are more gentle and elegant, yet not weak.
