Rice flower, imagine fresh hay with sweetness, but not grassy. Top note is a light gardenia floral aroma. Savory texture layered with floral aroma, honey taste that lingers in the throat. If you brew this strong, the tea would shock your taste buds, but wait for the after taste which will turn into a show of blooming flower field. The roast is slightly on the left hand side of the medium roast, resulting in a balanced cup that the aroma is not compromised, at the same time, texture is smooth and honey.
Recommended water for this tea: very good quality filtered water, ie reverse osmosis filtered water. Spring water suppresses the fragrance quite a bit. Tap water is prohibited!
