A well made wild grown Jin Jun Mei from Tong Mu Guan with selected young buds. A well balanced black tea with high grade leaves with caramel malty sweetness. One can not find many flaws in this tea. If you are a die-hard traditional black tea fan, this can be a very good choice.
Use 3 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended.
