These leaves are harvested from the wild, where tea bushes are planted sporadically out in the jungle, unpruned, untouched until harvest. They grow naturally as nature intended. The intensity of wild tea is unparallel compared to garden teas that are manicured by the human, even organic teas cannot measure to the purity of wild teas.
Medium roast, just the right amount to bring out the warm roastiness, mineral, wood, malty, rich, robust with depth.
Use 3 g to 5 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended.
