Te Pin Zi Ni - Special mixed purple clay, a clay recipe developed and made for Yixing Factory One between 1985 - 1997. The clay is mixed of original purple clays then cured and aged, the result is a very stable clay, easy to make, success rate is higher than other original purple clay after firing, less cracks and defects. The texture is very smooth and silky to the touch.
This teapot is great for darker teas, heavy roasted, black, age, post fermented, dark tea.
The skill in the making of this teapot is refine, the lines and curves are precise, an excellent well made teapot came to live in skilled hands.
