This tea tree is grown in a remote area high up in the Wudong Mountain, due to the location, many birds build nests on this old big crown tree. The name winter birds gave away the location and condition of the tree, cold and attracts birds. A very unique tree, unlike the popular dancong oolong teas.
Deep, malty, maple syrup, mineral, woody, a sweet linger taste that last. Masculine like a fine cowboy!
