A refreshing and uplifting easy drinking cup, summery cup of brightness, great when brewed hit, it taste exceptional when cold brewed. The jasmine flower fragrance is magnified in ice.
For cold brew tea, for any tea: use boiling water for a quick rinse of the leaves, then add room temperature water and rinsed tea leaves into a glass or plastic pitcher, close lid and store in refrigerator for over night or 24 hours, drain then add ice. Use 3 g of leaves per serving of 250 ml water. Any tea can be cold brewed using this method.
Recommended water for this tea: very good quality filtered water, ie reverse osmosis filtered water. Spring water suppresses the fragrance quite a bit. Tap water is prohibited!
