This is smoke-free lapsang souchong black tea, a wild grown harvest from the Tong Mu Guan region. Strong taste, but not overwhelming, pure, sweet, mineral with depth. Strong energy like most wild tea trees possess.
Lapsang Souchong is from Fu Jian province, Wuyi mountain, 1100 meters above sea level.
This region has been producing Lapsang Souchong black tea for over 400 years, it is one of the very first few Chinese black teas traveled over seas, well received and loved by European aristocrats.
