We provide first class(under 14 oz), priority and express mail for domestic shipping in the US.
For international mail, first class (up to 4 lbs), priority and express mail are available globally.
Please refer to USPS shipping estimator for shipping rates and delivery time at check out. We ship nationally via USPS priority with tracking information. International orders can be shipped first class to save on shipping cost without tracking. You can also check the www.USPS.com website for shipping rates. We now offer flat rate shipping domestically and internationally. Shipping method may vary base on weight of the package.

Your satisfaction with our products is important to us at Tea Habitat. Please email us at email@example.com or call 626-202-8777 within 14 days in case of questions, errors, damages, refunds and exchanges. Exchange items will be shipped and refund will be issued once items are returned to Tea Habitat. Shipping cost is not refundable, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Return Instructions — Refunds and Exchanges:
- Tea items can be returned in original shape and packages.
- Please include insurance when returning tea ware items, since these items are fragile and can be damaged easily. We do not accept broken items without insurance.
- Use original carton and packaging materials if possible. Be certain that products are well protected.
