Single varietal Da Hong Pao - Big Red Robe
This batch is made from a single varietal of clones from the same mother tree which is one of the 6 original Da Hong Pao mother trees. A lighter roast compared to the traditional mid to heavy roast. A hint of floral aroma in the aftertaste. A tasty signature Wuyi tea.
Use 3 g to 5 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended.
