Rou Gui Wuyi Yancha
A heavy roast Rou Gui, red dates flavor, sweet without astringency or bitterness. Smooth with lots flavors, mineral, woody, caramel, warming sensation. Great choice for the cool seasons. One of a few yanchas that doesn't have much flaws out of a sea of choices.
Use 3 g to 5 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended. Avoid tap water.
