One of the 6 varietals of Da Hong Pao Wuyi oolong. Floral aroma is the main characteristic of Qi Lan, light roast to preserve the floralness, but not grassy, rock sugar sweetness.
Use 3 g to 5 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended.
