One of the 6 varietals of Da Hong Pao Wuyi oolong. This batch is got depth, chicken stock texture, medium roast, lots mineral forest wood essence, a very satisfying yancha with lots forward flavors, easy to like.
Use 3 g to 5 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended.
