Cha Hu is winter sprouting shoot that stopped growing during winter low temperature, when temperature raise again in Spring, the growth continued with an early start, Cha Hu has the longest growing period compared to all other seasonal harvest, hence has the richest and most intense flavors and substances. If you like big strong flavors with strength, this is an excellent choice. Classic honey orchid flavor with sweet and mineral flavors that last many many brews.
Recommended water for this tea: very good quality filtered water, ie reverse osmosis filtered water. Spring water suppresses the fragrance quite a bit. Tap water is prohibited!
