The finish product is a caramel sweet taste, slight roasted coffee, a hint of floral in the amber liquid, finishing with a big floral after taste! Super unique tea unlike the common Tie Guan Yin.
Use 3 g to 5 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with gongfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended.
