It's easy to find centuries years old even millenniums years old tea trees in Yunnan, but it's almost unheard of to find such old tea trees in green tea regions.  I consider it a gift of the universe, and the universe led me to them!  Thank you for all the delicious teas in my cup!

We keep all of our green teas at a cool temperature to preserve the freshness for years.

Recommended water for all teas: very good quality filtered water, ie reverse osmosis filtered water.  Spring water suppresses the fragrance quite a bit.   Tap water is prohibited!
