Enjoy the ultimate matcha tasting experience that explores various matchas from three Chinese provinces; Zhejiang, Guangdong and Fujian. Matcha originates from the more than 800 year old Song Dynasty tea practice called dian cha (点茶), in Jing Shan, Zhejiang, where finely ground tea powder is whisked into hot water. To honor this traditional art form, the tea powders will be whisked into a rich creamy foam using a traditional porcelain Song Dynasty matcha tea set. A dense foam that resembles billowing clouds creates a smooth mouthfeel and enchances the tea's complex aromas.
